If your handcrafted leather furniture does not meet your expectations, we are committed to facilitating a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.

    Prepare for Shipment

    Ensure the furniture is placed back in its original protective packaging and secured on the shipping pallet to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule the Pickup

    We will coordinate with our specialized white-glove freight carriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your residence.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
